Emilie Arabyan and Romain Binet, fifth generation of hoteliers, surround themselves with a close-knit team that supports them in the development of the houses and the group. Together, they ensure that each hotel remains a lively and authentic place, true to the founding spirit of the group.

“I’m convinced. We are going to create hotels. Because it’s in hotels that life happens—full, complete life. Birth announcements, heartbreaks. Doorknobs hiding surprise birthdays, handshakes sealing a deal. Heated debates, whispered secrets. In the hallways, on the sofas, at the bar, big ideas are discussed without ever seeing the light of day, and small ideas are born that can change the world. There, you share an ice cream with the children in the late afternoon, a starlit evening with your partner or family, secret winks, words scribbled on the corner of a table, a quick sketch of all Paris, a perspective on the swing. In hotels, there are a thousand human stories. Hotels are human stories! That’s why I decided to devote my life to them.”
