Julie Got, Human Resources Manager

Biografy is delighted to announce the appointment of Julie Got as our Human Resources Manager.With a successful track record in Human Resources at L’Oréal and AdeRHis, Julie Got joined us in December 2018.+ With a Masters 1 degree in Employment Law from the University of Orléans and a Masters 2 in Human Resources from the Sup des RH graduate school, Julie began her career in 2011 at the Gemey Maybelline Garnier (L’Oréal Group) logistics centre as its Human Resources Manager. In 2013, she joined AdeRHis as an HRIS Consultant, and was soon promoted to Human Resources Director of this service company specialising in HR Information System design, implementation and operation. Julie then worked for 5 years on the implementation and development of its group-wide HR strategy. A strong affinity with the pace of the hotel industry and its values of service and hospitality persuaded Julie to take her career in a new direction.
The mission at Biografy is to define, develop and implement the HR policy for our 5 hotels and head office. The tasks making up the core of her mission are: building the Group’s employer brand, improving occupational wellbeing and employee relations dialogue, promoting employee professional development and introducing increasingly agile and collaborative operating processes. All these HR challenges are central to Biografy Group performance and its long-term future.
